Information you provide

When you use our contact form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Project Advisor beta

When you use the Larmine Project Advisor beta, the messages you submit and the temporary project context needed to answer them are sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. The Advisor’s API requests are configured with store:false, which means the provider’s Responses API does not retain application state for Larmine. The provider may still retain API inputs and outputs temporarily for abuse and safety monitoring under its own data-control and retention policies.

Larmine keeps each Advisor conversation in a temporary, isolated server-memory session while the conversation is active. Larmine does not write the chat text to its analytics system or a conversation database, and the temporary session is removed when it expires, when you end it, or when the service restarts. Larmine may measure non-sensitive events such as whether an Advisor session started, whether a first message was sent, and whether a session ended. These analytics events do not include chat text.

You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, or street address to use the beta. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, payment, health, or government-identifier information in the chat. If you voluntarily provide a project ZIP code or metro area, it is used only to localize the project planning estimate.

The Advisor provides general planning information and does not replace manufacturer instructions, applicable requirements, site evaluation, or advice from qualified professionals for project-critical decisions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting, security, analytics, and performance services may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and timestamps. This information is used to operate, secure, understand, and improve the website.

Cookies and similar technologies

Larmine uses Google Analytics 4, connected through the official Site Kit by Google plugin, to understand aggregate website usage and improve content and usability. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring source, and interaction timestamps. Larmine does not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-form messages, calculator inputs, or other personal information in Analytics events. Internal site-search collection, generic form-interaction collection, and Site Kit plugin conversion tracking are disabled.

Larmine may use necessary cookies for website functionality and security. Analytics or affiliate technologies may also be used when enabled. Where required, visitors will be given an appropriate choice before non-essential technologies are used.
